Certified Yoga Instructor
Jenn first stepped into a hot yoga room in 2006 and since then she has practiced regularly, initially Hot 26 style exclusively and then evolving into a hot vinyasa lover. She found a regular practice helped balance stress she had working as an NYC Public school English teacher. Jenn was a competitive distance runner in high school and college and she found the hot yoga space satisfied her athletic needs in a way that was also extremely therapeutic mentally and physically. She did her 200 Hr YTT with Jason Morris in Manhattan before moving back to her home state of NJ. She took a step away from teaching high school after she had her third child. It was then she discovered Hot HIIT in classes with the infamous Shakiem Evans, a cardio/yoga/pilates challenge that excited her like nothing else. She got her certification in Hot HIIT in the summer of 2018. Jenn loves how fun it is to teach this class and looks forward to energizing her students every time she teaches. She also enjoys Crossfit style workouts, strength training and still loves a good run, but she needs her hot yoga room for mobility and fun weekly. She loves spending time with her family and friends, being at the beach, reading fiction and listening to podcasts. She can be found drinking good wine and enjoying a vegetarian diet (but makes room for shellfish and crustaceans if they are on offer). Fun Fact: She worked for two years as an educator at Murray’s Cheese.
