Certified Yoga Instructor
Jennifer discovered her love and passion for yoga in 2013. She earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification to enhance her practice and share her vinyasa background with all communities and populations. Since starting yoga, Jennifer takes the time to be more mindful in her active lifestyle as well as in her everyday life. She focuses on being present rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Jennifer made this change by starting with herself. She dedicates more time to self-care such as meditation and acupuncture. For Jennifer, yoga introduced a world of self-love and confidence. She finds herself to be more patient, compassionate, and open-minded in all areas of her life. Jennifer aspires to share her positive experiences from yoga with others. A few of Jennifer’s favorite poses include Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III Pose), and Garudasana (Eagle Pose). Jennifer is also very active with short-distance running, half-marathon training, and weight training.
