Laura holds a BA from Hartwick College and an MBA from St. John’s University. After years in the finance industry, she took time off to raise her family, and turn her love of running and fitness into a part-time career. She is a Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates Instructor certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. Laura is also an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and NETA Certified Personal Trainer with specialty trainings in willpower & grace®, Spinning®, TRX®, Bender Barre® and Pulse Pointe Barre. In addition, she is certified by the Evidence based Fitness Academy as a Barefoot Training Specialist.
